Conditions of Use

TrendySur is part of Tarifa Trendy S.C., dedicated to the offering of fashion accessories through on- and offline channels. Our legal establishment is in C/Jerez nº 4, 11380, Tarifa (Cádiz, Spain). Our V.A.T. number is G72033269.

Prices
The prices of our products are as indicated at www.trendysur.com (Except for typographical errors). All prices mentioned are without IVA (value added tax).

Returns
If a product is not what you expected of it, you have the right to return it within 7 days after receipt and we will (within 15 days) return you the cost of the product minus the transport costs. In order to return a product you should contact us within 7 days after receipt and send the product postage paid to Tarifa Trendy S.C. A return will only be accepted if the product and packaging are in perfect state with the original contents. Furthermore a copy of the invoice should be included.

Change
- Defective merchandise
In case the merchandise reaches the client in defective state, the client should contact us by e-mail within 48 hours after receipt to resolve the problem.
- Change of product
If the change is due to an error of Tarifa Trendy S.C., the client will receive the requested product without additional charge.
If the desired change is due to an error of the client (e.g. ordering the wrong product) then the client will be charged with the shipment costs for the product change.
A return will only be accepted if the product and packaging are in perfect state with the original contents. Furthermore a copy of the invoice should be included.

General
Tarifa Trendy S.C. reserves the right to cancel any order if payments for anterior orders are still due.

Tarifa Trendy S.C. reserves the right to amend contractual offers, constituted by the present conditions of use, at any time as well as the list of products and prices as far as the changes don’t affect already closed contracts by user.
